Various financing options, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, are analyzed continuously, as are financial covenants and ratios to ensure compliance with finance agreements.
We develop and maintain relationships with all banks, financial institutions, current lenders and investors, DFI’s, and other lenders on behalf of our clients. This includes the preparation and negotiation of loan agreements and term sheets, as well as the coordination of due diligence activities with lenders. We also monitor loan disbursements and manage the loan repayment process in addition to evaluating refinancing and restructuring opportunities.
Our team identifies and engages with potential equity investors, including private equity firms, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals. This includes the preparation of investment presentations, pitch decks, and financial models, as well as the coordination of due diligence activities. In addition, we negotiate terms and conditions of equity investments and manage investor relations and communication on an ongoing basis.
Deliverables include assessing the feasibility of real estate projects and their financing requirements, developing financial models, and performing sensitivity analyses. In addition, our team will structure project finance deals, including debt and equity components, as well as coordinate with project sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
We identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and credit risks, and develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate these risks. In addition, we monitor and report on risk exposures.
Our team prepares and presents regular financial reports and updates every month, ensuring compliance with debt and equity financing agreements, including financial covenants and reporting requirements.
