DOMINIC MOLETA - head of operations

Dominic has established himself as an innovative entrepreneur and strategic thinker, with a focus on driving solutions-focused initiatives across the Asia Pacific, Africa, and Europe regions.

His strategic vision and resourcefulness have enabled him to successfully oversee a diverse array of architecturally designed commercial construction projects.

Dominic’s keen understanding of the intricacies of project management, coupled with his solutions-focused mindset, has earned him a reputation for delivering results on time and within budget, regardless of the challenges encountered.

Beyond his achievements in project management, Dominic is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable practices and reducing carbon emissions.

Dominic has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the complexities of the African business landscape, leveraging his expertise to unlock opportunities for growth and expansion across multiple sectors, including food security, construction, and distribution.

Steele Pascal Patient – head of finance

Steele Pascal Patient, a seasoned financial professional, holds the distinguished title of Fellow ACCA Member since June 2013 and registered as a member of Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountant (MIPA) in January 2016. Steele Pascal Patient has demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, operational efficiency, financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and administrative oversight across diverse industries. In his professional journey, Pascal has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of over one hundred entities at Axis Fiduciary Limited, providing accounting and financial expertise while ensuring compliance financial legislations. At Optimisation Limited, he efficiently established and managed the Mauritius office, ensuring seamless financial operations. He also played a pivotal role in overseeing internal administration and HR matters at MCCI Business School Limited, supporting organizational growth. Furthermore, at Qair (Mauritius) Ltd, Steele Pascal Patient led financial and administrative operations for a group of companies with an annual turnover exceeding MUR 250 million. Prior to these roles, he also served as an Accountant at Lilmo Ltd, a subsidiary of Perouse Medical (FRANCE) specialized in oncology and cardiovascular surgery products, located in Pamplemousses, from December 2008 to March 2011.

LAVLESH GUJADHUR – Support

Lavlesh Gujadhur is a seasoned administrative professional with a rich, 13-year background in operations, accounting, and procurement coordination.

He holds a degree in Human Resources Management, enabling him to bring a comprehensive understanding of people management principles to his roles, facilitating effective team leadership and organizational development.

Currently serving as Administrative Manager at Panthalassa Capital Partners, Lavlesh continues to leverage his diverse expertise to streamline administrative operations, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive organizational success.

His versatile skill set, complemented by his outgoing personality and effective communication skills, enables him to excel in leadership, motivation, negotiation, and organizational management.
